Attorney Jennie Golden graduated from Millsaps College in 2004 with a B.A. in International Studies. Ms. Golden obtained a juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and is admitted by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida to practice law.

Ms. Golden has worked as an immigration attorney for the past twelve years where she has primarily focused on humanitarian relief for immigrants in the south. Ms. Golden is from Biloxi, Mississippi, where she worked as Executive Director of El Pueblo Immigration Legal Services for five years.

She was awarded the NAACP Ambassador Award for her advocacy around racial justice in Mississippi. She continued her career in humanitarian immigration law as Managing Attorney of Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans, where she was instrumental in establishing the organization’s Unaccompanied Children’s Project, which has provided removal defense to over 1,200 children.

Jennie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She speaks Spanish, having lived and worked as a teacher in Santiago, Chile. Jennie has worked with clients from all over the world, and she appreciates the opportunity to guide and represent individuals during their immigration process.
