Dori graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Faculty of Law in 1985 attaining her LL.B degree. Passed her Bar exam in 1994 and was registered as an attorney the same year. She has a remarkable over 20 year working experience in the field of law. Dori’s practice focuses on advising clients in all areas of Commercial Law which includes advising on issues arising in the everyday business activities of the clients. She also represents a wide range of clients in litigation and in various administrative proceedings and as well extensively provides advice on all types of company formation, or liquidation. She has developed a significant advisory practice on all types of market operations, including privatization and public procurement tenders. Her expertise includes drafting of all kinds of commercial agreements, its negotiations and documentation in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the industry involved. Dori’s practice complements with carrying out due diligence reviews in the context of all types of transactions, including initial public offering and acquisitions.

Dori’s expertise also involves intellectual property protection. She holds a license for representing clients before the State Office of Industrial Property and is one of the initiators for for establishing of the phonogram producer’s collecting society in Republic of Macedonia.
