Lawyer, graduated in 1999. Post-graduate degree in Civil Liability by EMERJ-UNESA and in Administrative Law by PGE-FESP. Founder of the Brazilian Institute of Civil Liability - IBRC. He was a member of the Amnesty and Tortured State Commission of the Dictatorship - as a representative of OAB / RJ. He collaborated with the Human Rights Commission at OAB / RJ between 2002 and 2005. Between 2001 and 2005 he was legal assistant to the State Department of Justice and Human Rights - SEJUDH. Second place for Professor at UFRJ, he taught classes between 2006 and 2008, teaching at the Model Forensic Practice Office and Introducing Procedural Law. He taught Administrative Law classes at UERJ until mid-2008, as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law. Member of the Monograph and Benchmarking Boards for proof of the OAB.
