A. 2000s (Startup period, expansion and consolidation)
| 05/2003 | Nguyen Huu Phuoc establishes TLS, a small law office located at 82 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with only one staff member; |
| 01/2004 | TLS merges with LuatViet Legal Consultants, a well-known litigation and corporate law office in Ho Chi Minh City; |
| 01/2005 | Nguyen Huu Phuoc is appointed as Managing Partner of LuatViet Legal Consultants; and |
| 05/2006 | Nguyen Huu Phuoc set up a new partnership under the name of Phuoc & Partners and acted as Chairman since then. |
B. 2010s (The reputation of the firm grows as the firm becomes recognised as a leader in the practices of tax, labour & employment and real estate)
| 12/2012 | A major milestone is achieved with 1,000 local and foreign clients having trusted and been advised by Phuoc & Partners’ legal services. |
| 09/2014 | Phuoc & Partners owned the building of its own new Office located at 70 Quoc Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. With 04 floors and 01 basement for packing, there are approximately 1,000 sqm net office, available space for more than 120 lawyers and staff to work; |
| 02/2016 | Another major milestone is achieved with 1,500 local and foreign companies and individuals having trusted and been advised by Phuoc & Associates’ professional legal services; |
| 02/2019 | Another remarkable milestone is achieved with 2,000 local and foreign clients having trusted and been advised by Phuoc & Associates’ legal services; |
| 09/2019 | Phuoc & Partners is closed and a a group of services companies Phuoc & Associates (including Phuoc & Associates and P & Associates) is established to take advantage of artificial intelligence and the 4.0 industrial revolution and Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc acts as Director. |
