Welcome to the Law Offices of Jacqueline Lentini. We provide business employment immigration services to both corporations and individuals, including employer or family sponsorship and naturalization.

Ms. Lentini concentrates her practice in immigration and nationality law, and is proud to provide clients with personalized service and attention to detail. She possesses over seventeen years of experience with immigration issues as both an attorney and foreign student advisor. She has written articles regarding immigration issues in local bar journals, has spoken publicly to audiences regarding immigration related topics, including international students and clients, and on an Italian language radio show. Ms. Lentini participates in community based organization Naturalization workshops. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served on AILA’s Long Distance Learning Committee for the past 2 years.

Ms. Lentini obtained her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, earned a Master’s in Arts in Italian Studies from Brown University, and a B.A. in International Relations cum laude from Boston University. She is fluent in Italian.

She handles all matters of employment based immigration case management, including Labor Certification (PERM), H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, L-1 Blanket, E-1/E-2, TN, B-1, J-1 and I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). She counsels clients on consular processing and Client Adjustment interviews, and has filed Adjustment of Status applications, including Advance Parole and Employment Authorization.

Previously, Ms. Lentini gained extensive experience in immigration matters with other Chicago area law firms. Prior to that, she was an Immigration Specialist for World Relief, for which she obtained Board of Immigration Appeals accreditation, filed VAWA petitions, Adjustment of Status and Citizenship applications, with continued involvement volunteering at World Relief sponsored Naturalization workshops.

Prior to her law degree, Ms. Lentini was employed by the University of Houston and Purdue University as a F-1 and J-1 student counselor.

Ms. Lentini is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), the Illinois State Bar Association (“ISBA”), the Kane County Bar Association’s Immigration Committee, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. Ms. Lentini has been a contributing author to the Illinois Chamber Employee Handbook for the past four years. Previously, she was on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Immigration and International Law Committee in 2002-2003.

L’avv. Lentini si e’ laureata in legge al Chicago-Kent College of Law, ha conseguito un Master in letteratura italiana presso la Brown University, e una laurea cum laude in relazioni internazionali all’università di Boston. Oltre a essere specializzata in questioni legate all’immigrazione, parla correntemente l’italiano.

Si occupa principalmente di immigrazione e, in particolare, di pratiche relative ai permessi di lavoro, tra le quali: Labor Certification (PERM), visti H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, L-1 Blanket, E-1/E-2, TN, B-1, J-1 e I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). In precedenza l’avv. Lentini ha collaborato con altri studi legali di Chicago. Appena laureata, ha lavorato come Immigration Specialist presso l’organizzazione World Relief, attività che le ha valso l’accredito del Board of Immigration Appeals. Ha anche assistito vari clienti relativamente al VAWA, all’Adjustment of Status e alla naturalizzazione. Continua ad offrire assistenza ai seminari di World Relief sulla naturalizzazione.

Prima della laurea di legge, l’avv. Lentini ha lavorato all’Università di Houston e alla Purdue University come Consigliere per i Visti F-1 e J-1. Può vantare un’esperienza di 17 anni nel campo dell’immigrazione come avvocato e come consulente .

L’avv.
