GPE was established by Atty. Gülperi Eldeniz in 2007. The law office is located on Üsküp Street in Ankara. GPE provides not only legal services of preventive law to both local and multinational corporations, artificial entities and natural persons; but also handles cases especially on commercial law and contracts law. Our mission is to afford our clients satisfaction by providing clear, quick, disciplined and result focused services to them. We communicate with foreign clients in English language. Our law office serves in a flat of 110 m2 area. There are two partner lawyers, two senior lawyers , one barrister and two assistants and an enforcement clerk in GPE.
Gülperi Eldeniz who is the owner and founding partner of GPE registered at Ankara Bar Association in 2007. In addition to serving as an attorney at law by registering at the Ankara Bar Association, she is still attending to Ankara University Social Sciences Institute to gain a P.h.D degree on Civil Law and Code of Obligations. In compliance with her aim to become an expert at Commercial Law, Civil Law and Code of Obligations, Eldeniz is writing articles, teaching students and performing announcements in symposiums to build up her academic career.
Her article named as “Signature in Format-Based Contracts” was published on Ankara Bar Review Journal in January 2008. She performed an announcement named as “An Analysis on The Relationship between Industrial Rights and Competition Law from The Aspect of Comparative Law” at European Union Law and Turkey – Symposium that was organised by Cag University in April 2008. She also published an article “Heritable Rights of Intellectual Property arising from Heritage” on Union of Turkish Bar Associations Journal in December 2008. Her thesis book named “Scent and Sound Marks” will be published at the end of 2015. Now, she is writing a PhD thesis on the imbalance of the performances determined in a contract.
Eldeniz is fluent both writing and speaking in English. She is at intermediate level in German language (Writing, speaking, listening and reading).
